Planetary-scale answers, unlocked.
A Hands-On Guide for Working with Large-Scale Spatial Data. Learn more.
We answer this live, screening parcels across Austin, Dallas, and Denver for a mixed-use development.
The pipeline uses pre-computed isochrones to eliminate the biggest bottleneck in site selection: drive-time proximity. Six filters run together, covering Opportunity Zone status, minimum acreage, flood avoidance, hospital proximity by drive time, and amenity density.
We then schedule the pipeline as a weekly job and build a site selection dashboard with parcel polygons, isochrone overlays, and a sortable top-20 table.
What you walk away with:
A repeatable approach to multi-market parcel screening. The datasets behind the demo include Regrid parcels (zoning, Opportunity Zone status, valuations, flood zones), Overture places and isochrones (drive-time reachability), and Foursquare POI data (amenity density).
The bigger move: weekly market screening across every market you operate in, with the option to overlay your own deal pipeline and tenant data.
Who should attend:
CRE analysts, site selectors, REIT data teams, real estate developers, and proptech engineers.
